The Cisco Global Gold certification puts Logicalis at the top selected Cisco partners able to provide its solutions around the globe

Logicalis has achieved the Cisco Global Gold Certification, and is now one of a select handful of international organisations recognised with this distinction. The approval follows an extensive audit process that demonstrated our advanced business and technology skills, as well as our global customer support methodology.

Cisco Global Gold Certification recognises partners with the expertise and resources to plan, build and manage Cisco solutions across the globe, and Logicalis can now operate as a Gold partner in all the countries where it has local operations. While each Logicalis region stands on its own merits, the certification recognises our singular global approach to solutions, services, and support, the quality of our people, and the shared commitment to our future success.

The certification puts Logicalis in a selected group of global partners, leveraging businesses opportunities and commercial conditions to a superior level. This is a significant achievement for Logicalis as it reinforces its position as a global and multi-cultural company. Also, it is the result of considerable investment in Cisco skills training, strong and seamless business processes and high level service management practices.

Commenting on this achievement, Mark Rogers, Logicalis Group CEO adds, “Logicalis is a multi-national organisation that completely understands the challenges of doing business around the world. We are really pleased to see that our investments in our team skills, our solid business processes and our truly integrated operations around the globe are now recognised. Most important is that our clients can be further assured of Logicalis’ unparalleled expertise and unwavering commitment to keep continuously reinvesting in the technologies and services that support their business.”

Besides intangible gains, the new certification will provide practical benefits, such as greater rebates and marketing funds and the ability to sell Cisco Partner Support Services (PSS) around the globe (conditioned to local metrics’ achievement as part of the program requirements). It also means, for example, that Logicalis will be able to sell as a tier 1 partner in all the countries it operates and where it didn’t have gold partner status before, such as Mexico, Malaysia, Spain and Ireland. However, all these are only examples of changes brought by Cisco Global Gold certifications. More detailed information will be available in workshops and meetings to be organised in the coming months.

This new certification extends Logicalis’ global services for digital enablement in Hybrid IT, the Digital Workplace, Digital Ready Infrastructure and Advisory and Managed Services, and with its Common Services Platform, ensures consistent service management practices with regional shared services delivery, based on standard core ITIL processes.
